Almost a year ago the first pictures of the C7 RS6 test mule were making their way around the internet. Finally Audi have spill the beans and go live with their latest offering from the RS stable.
The front end of the RS6 looks somewhat undecided as photos differ from the ones presented alongside today’s headline news. Specifically note the “quattro” lower grille.
Looks like Audi is going for a full house. Queue the Audi RS1 and Audi RS7…. No news on an RS8 (Yet)
Note that the above picture is the hype RS7 from a few years ago and the proposed RS7 is more likely to look like the S7 below.
This is good and bad news for the RS enthusiasts and will leave many divided. Some believe the true RS breed born from the womb of quattro GmbH should only appear in Avant form, whilst others prefer the Saloon versions.
